All volcanoes still quiet in this neck of the woods. A very cool day. Mostly overcast. Currently only 60F at 1:45 PM. Wind NW at 6 mph. Humidity 46%.

Yesterday the library here was closed. Closed in honor of the warriors who did not return. The ones who did return, who are now homeless and hang around this library, had no where to go for the day!

Salem, Oregon is having trouble with their water supply. An algae bloom in Detroit Lake. Pond scum? Isn't that where I used to fish? At least I remember fishing in one of the streams going into it. And they get their water there?
