Default Single Axis vs. Dual Axis Drives

Hi Bill,

Beginner question ... What are benefits and disadvantages of a Single
Axis drive vs. a Dual Axis drive?

Imagine you are out looking at the moon. You would to hop from
crater to crater. With single-axis drive, the scope is
tracking, but you can't go up and down without reaching out
for the slow-motion controls. With dual-axis drives, you sit
at the eyepiece with the controls in your hand. You go up,
down, left, right, all with the push of a button.

The same is true when you are star hopping to a faint fuzzy.
