Default CHECKSUM keyword implemented in Java

An implementation of the FITS keyword CHECKSUM in Java is available from
our project web pages:
http://www.strw.leidenuniv.nl/~nevec/PRIMA/javadoc/
- Click on the "Package" org.nevec.prima.fits in the main window,
- then on "VLTIFits" in the "Class Summary"
- then scroll down to any of the two the "setChecksum", or "checksum",
or "checksumEnc" functions. The source codes are available by clicking on
the individual function names.

It's a more or less straight re-incarnation of the cfitsio coding.
