Default Progress on ARXA and Milliquas catalogs

There are two pre-publication catalogs available at
http://quasars.org/milliquas.htm , they are the ARXA (Atlas of
Radio/X-ray Associations) and Milliquas (million quasar) catalogs.
These were announced here six weeks ago.

There has been sufficiently good progress made to warrant another
announcement. The changes a

(1) New data added from the 2008 release of the FIRST catalog, the
2009 release of Chandra Source catalog 1.0, and numerous small surveys
from the past few years such as XMM-optical surveys.

(2) Careful de-duplication performed across source catalogs, and
especially between the Veron 2006 and NED listings.

(3) Refinements in handling, such as downgrading of SUMSS long-range
associations; the probabilities correction described in section A.6.1
of the QORG paper (2004,A&A,427,387) has been made source catalogue
specific, thus RASS associations are allowed to farther offsets, etc.

The present counts are 607215 associations in the ARXA catalog
(including 119239 not previously in the literature), and 1103427
objects in the Milliquas catalog which sum to 1014936 quasars using
their expectation values. Paper in preparation.

ReadMe's and sample data for quick browsing are present.
