NASA JPL Spirit Mars Rover Conspiracy Continued!
January 27, 2005
Daily Mars Spirit Rover Conspiracy Update. Well, today, after confronted with fundamental results at variance with expectations, and with large anomalous rock formations demanding further examination, the Mars rover team continues to turn their camera away from reality, giving us no pancams at all, and exactly TWO, count them TWO, high resolution navcams, and one in focus RAT MI and some more blurry RAT MIs, plus lots of images of the rover arm. The RAT did show the deepest RAT into the softest material encountered thus far, and the navcams clearly show that the rocks are clearly decomposing or corroding in place, and what looks like sand dunes are clearly the outlines of decomposed or eroded embankments, complete with internal structure. So, when is NASA and JPL going to come clean? Enquiring minds want to know. Thomas Lee Elifritz http://elifritz.members.atlantic.net |

Is there any group you dont post to - I'd like to go there and get away from
your constant pharting.... Thomas Lee Elifritz wrote: January 27, 2005 Daily Mars Spirit Rover Conspiracy Update. Whenever someone brings up conspiracy theories, I usually bring
up these scenarios: (in order of probability) 1) Misinterpretation 2) Incompetance 3) Paranoia 4) Malice I have the highest regard for the MER team, and do not doubt that they are portraying the highest ethical standards of their professon. So, I have to conclude that your paranoia is leading your incompetant brain to misinterpret data in a manner intended to further your immature attempts to garner attention, perhaps to deflect attention away from your other deficiencies. Give it a rest. regards, Dar7yl "Thomas Lee Elifritz" wrote in message ... January 27, 2005 Daily Mars Spirit Rover Conspiracy Update. There is no spectroscopic data released beyond Sol 90, and it's already almost Sol 400. The only people that think that the MER team is doing a great job are the mindless turds like you, who have to be spoon fed science on the internet. Give it a rest. Nope. If anything, I'll be ratcheting it up. Get used to it. If you didn't like my tabloid style subject lines, well, you ain't seen nuttin yet, bozo. I'll have to hand it to them, they finally figured it about about the pillow forms 'Columbia Hills' so called basalts. Finally today we are getting into it. No spectroscopy though. They are deliberately witholding spectroscopy data, jerk. Thomas Lee Elifritz http://elifritz.members.atlantic.net |

Perhaps if there were some interesting conclusions to be made, they would make all efforts to verify their interpretations before willy-nilly spreading half-baked theories and conjectures. btw, If you want to insult me, feel free to use wit and intelligence. By stooping to basal name-calling, you are merely exposing your lack of sophistication. regards, Dar7yl |

No, they lied, they claimed data releases every 90 sols, and they are nearing 300 sols behind on the data. It's a deliberate data embargo, they are hiding something. Whatever could it be? Perhaps if there were some interesting conclusions to be made, they would make all efforts to verify their interpretations before willy-nilly spreading half-baked theories and conjectures. Only a total ****ing idiot like you would look at those rocks and claim there are no interesting conclusions to be made. No wait, let me guess, you haven't actually looked at them! btw, If you want to insult me, feel free to use wit and intelligence. By stooping to basal name-calling, you are merely exposing your lack of sophistication. We don't want sophistication, asshole, we want spectroscopy. Did it ever occur to you that other scientists, many of whom are US taxpayers, would like to look at the data and come to their own conclusions? No, probably not, looking at your usenet posting history, obviously you need to be spoon fed. Come on, NASA, JPL, what's the deal? Total Befuddlement? Need some help? Release the data, assholes!
