Default Space station crews

Well, reading the news release about the new crews and the changes to the
crews already assigned leads me to think that whoever is planning this is
just trying to confuse everyone completely. It seems very complex to me,
though I'm sure there are reasons for the changes and who is swapping with
who and when.

One was STS-127 launch delays.
