SpaceX Iridium-4 Next Mission Lights Up Sky Across SoCal
Links to various photos published on the web.
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=spacex+iri...ai=eEIWFt0qkno The late evening launch, plus weather and sky conditions allowed for ideal lighting of the vapor trail as the F9 headed for orbit. Created lots of UFO excitement in SoCal among the uniformed. Some of the better "anticipated" videos capture the F9 first stage ascending for a short while inside the plume of the 2nd stage exhaust before returning to earth. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tE5C3O71Xqo Dave |

SpaceX Iridium-4 Next Mission Lights Up Sky Across SoCal
Just for the record this was a launch from Vandenburg. Along a nearly
due South trajectory out over the Pacific Ocean. At no time did the rocket pass over any densely populated land areas. Dave |
