Default Converting old photometry units

I am interested in converting data between some old astronomical units
like:

candelas per square meter
magnitudes per square arc second
lamberts
foot-lamberts
integrated magnitudes

Could someone recommend a book or article that I could refer to with
some math examples? I have reviewed:

Schlyter's _Radiometry FAQ_ at
http://www.shell.linux.se/pausch/comp/radfaq.html#7

Jan Hollan's Luminance programs at
http://www.astro.cz/utf/svetlo/compute/lum.php :

Introduction to Modern Stellar Astrophysics (1996)
