Default Climate spectrum

Tomorrow it is Polar noon and midnight at the respective North and South poles when those latitudinal points are exactly halfway to the circle of illumination and the area of maximum circumference (Arctic/Antarctic circle) is reached, this circumference represents an orbital component as the planet's surface turns parallel to the orbital plane with the poles moving to a position at the center of this great event.

The 'tilt' or inclination of the Earth serves an altogether different purpose within a spectrum. The degree of planetary inclination determines the rate of change in latitudinal conditions across half or a full orbit within a spectrum created by the orbital plane of the Earth and the broken line in the following graphic -

A planet with a 0 degree inclination or at right angles to the orbital plane would experience a completely equatorial climate while a planet with its rotational inclination existing on the orbital plane or 90 degree inclination would experience a complete polar cycle with wild swings in surface conditions. All planets, including the Earth exist within this climate spectrum..
