Default Gravitational lens talk at Ontario Science Centre

That place has been turned into a science fiasco what with the emphasis on anthropology, sociology and promoting (at length) the concept of man-made global warming, ecology, globalism, etc,. Wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't jettisoned the hard sciences (math, chemistry, physics, biology, engineering) almost completely.
However, this talk might be interesting.

Astrophysics is a pseudo-science in its current form, at least going back to Royal Society empiricism, so only when it collapses under the weight of careerists will it re-emerge as a productive and creative entity. There are always the hapless celestial sphere enthusiasts who supplement their observing with intellectual tinsel of astrophysics but genuine observers can now either ignore the voodoo merchants completely or go through the forensics of how we arrived at a comatose astronomy.

This 'gravitational waves' dumped on the originator of relativity is just another eye-rolling endeavor for those who know no better as his actual pre-galactic view of the celestial arena is so hilarious that it is not possible to take it further -

I shrug these days as if people want to waste their lives then that is a tragedy although the greater one is that it is inter-generational.
