MASSIVE objects are lightspeed frame draggers only for the outgoing
signal!!
Why? Because Venus and Mercury seem to be "ahead" BEFORE conjunction
and "further away" AFTER conjunction!! ( according to I.I. Shapiro.)
Even Binary systems seem to show the same effect: be also "ahead"
before conjunction and "further away" after conjunction.
