MASSIVE objects are lightspeed frame draggers only for the outgoing signal!!
MASSIVE objects are lightspeed frame draggers only for the outgoing
signal!! Why? Because Venus and Mercury seem to be "ahead" BEFORE conjunction and "further away" AFTER conjunction!! ( according to I.I. Shapiro.) Even Binary systems seem to show the same effect: be also "ahead" before conjunction and "further away" after conjunction.
