Default Our Solar System's Water

The Earth seems to have 97% of its water.Why? We need to answer this puzzle.We see white frost like snow,but it could be dry ice? The answer to water should be NASA #1 goal Bert

It recently got cold enough in Antarctica for dry ice frost to form!

Like Mexicale when we get to Mars we will bring or own liquids.We will pee,and **** on Mars surface,and do good.Microbes will have a field day.Bert
