ASTRO:M106
I imaged M106 in three nights in March, the second night had low
transparency and the images from the third night were unusable... The picture was software-binned 1,5x1,5 for a final image scale of 0,85"/pixel. Taken from the middle of Berlin with a Meade 10" ACF at f/7.7 on a G11 mount, Atik 383L+ camera, 21x10m Lum, 11x10m each for RGB. http://ccd-astronomy.de/temp7/M106co...allhellgut.jpg Stefan |

Sounds like your weather was like mine. I had many nights that I collected data that proved unusable. At least I'm mostly automated so it didn't waste my time. I was at another computer processing or in bed sleeping while I wasted hard disk space. This is one I need to redo. Think my data is far better than my processing of it. With some 140 yet to process (I suspect 30 or more will not be usable due to weather) its hard to find time to go back and work on old ones. Rick -- Prefix is correct. Domain is arvig dot net |
