Colorado Perseids
Not great weather this year; the monsoons aren't dropping enough water
to make much of a dent in our drought, but the're leaving enough clouds around in the evening to interfere a bit with meteor observing. Last night I caught 123 Perseids (out of 144 meteors total) on the allksy camera. Since 1 August I've caught 318 of them. Images and some video are posted at http://www.cloudbait.com/science/perseid2012.html |
