Hi - one image from last night's session of a nice lunar crater near the

Guess I should try moon shots as with the snow any moon kills me for deep sky. Like the secondary craters from Copernicus as well. Rick -- Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct. Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh". |

Hi - thanks Rick, my parents just left last week and had to wait a day

After reading a recent post by Roland Christen (owner of Astro Physics) about using his personal 10-inch Mak at 600+ power at the Winter Star Party to see *detail* on the moons of Jupiter, I'm even more convinced that I have to get down to Florida for some high-rez imaging. I had hoped to do some lunar observing/imaging last night, but, alas, just a dark high cloud moved in. George N |
