very useful to (finally) know WHERE the Direct-guys and the Ares-H-
inventors have COPIED the ideas and concepts that (now) they want to
suggest/offer/sell/(nearly)IMPOSE to NASA, that, according to your
70's, 80's, 90's official document, ALREADY should be the developer
and true/full OWNER of (both) "Direct" and "Ares-H" concepts, so, both
(Direct and Ares-H) guys will (finally) STOP to try to "offer/sell" to
NASA something that ALREADY IS a NASA property (then, STOP also the
