A true improvement in capability would be a FULLY REUSABLE (all stages

As I imagine Saul Levy might say, NASA is bankrupt! *lol.

Actually, our DARPA and NASA have been bankrupt from the very get-go.

They never had to show a profit or even a breakeven. *What other
definition of bankrupt is there?

Without your stuff there's simply no way our DARPA, NASA or any other
space orbital or off-world mission can represent anything except a
bankrupt kind of outcome that'll never return 10% on investment, much
less be allowed to show a profit.

The bankruptcy doesn't matter.

In fact, things will improve because of it, if we boycott the
killers. As RIngo Starr is fond of saying, "Everything the government
touches, turns to crap!"

What I do and what you do does matter.

My creation of zero point powered self-replicating machine cells
brings about a radical and rapid transformation of our world - and the
inner solar system and asteroid belt in less than a year after the
first machine cell system is fully operational.

The Saturnian moons Iapetus and Enceledus are the starting points.
They are transferred to the surface of Venus, Mercury, Mars and Luna.
Transfer occurs at about 45 km/sec - which means a transfer period of
about a year from Saturn. This also means that Venus, Mercury, and
Luna receive their stream of water in such a way as to cause them to
spin, implementing a 24 hour day. Well before the oceans arrive, we
also remove and processing the atmosphere of Venus and Mars. The
surface to a depth of about 20 km is also processed chemically and
excess material removed to the planet's L1 point. 1.8% of Venus'
atmosphere is returned to Venus, Mercury, Luna and Mars, replicating
earth normal conditions. Sheilds are erected at each planet's L1
point with Sol. In the case of Venus Mercury and Earth, magnetic
sheilds and light control is introduced. In the case of Mars, a
fusion powered artificial star adds its light to the Sun's light,
creating sustainable Earth optimal lighting conditions on all worlds
whilst protecting all planets and the Moon from solar flare and solar
wind. After the oceans are added to the worlds, changing their spin
rate in desireable ways, the watered surface is further processed to
support life seeded from Earth which spread rapidly.

http://grow.ars-informatica.ca/
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micropropagation

Consider that micropropagation techniques can take one plant and in 90
to 120 days produce 1,000 additional plants. This is 1/4 % per hour
growth in number. While vastly less than the 100% per hour growth in
number of the machine systems described here, it is sufficient to
provide sufficient food to feed the world in less than a year
(covering only a tiny fraction of the surface areas created) and
sufficient to cover these planetary surfaces in about 11,000 hours
starting with 10,000 different plant species.

Beneficial soil, fungi, bacteria, virus, insects, worms, etc.,
reproduce more slowly, at about half the rate for plants, so, this
takes 22,000 hours - or 30 months - to reach stasis - with little or
no micro-machine support of the plant species.

Livestock is propagated with advanced techniques to provide meats for
all the world's people well before the planetary surfaces are covered
with a stable ecology by raising a small area with livestock with
machine assistance. Animals in the wild are well established within
5 years after the arrival of the oceans - tended by machinery.

Sea life is also propagated quickly with advanced technique. Marine
and aquarian societies have developed techniques for creating stable
self-sustaining sea life and lake life.

http://www.breakingtravelnews.com/ne...a-alifu-atoll/

Beyond the L1 points are not only sheilds, but also share a variety of
raw materials extracted from surface processing between them creating
huge industrial reserves appropriate to the development of each
planet's surface area. Over 3 billion fusion powered flying homes
are built and outfitted and flown to Earth and made available to every
man woman and child on the planet. Each individual then selects a
five acre freehold site available across the 88 billion acres of
developed areas created by this process.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/62745980/Flying-Home

The 297,233 asteroids orbiting between Jupiter and Mars, massing 3e+21
kg are also processed with the machine cell system.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_minor_planets

Approximately 1% of the Solar System's asteroid belt mass is extracted
from the grand total of materials. From this enough materials to
build 53.5 billion space stations is extracted. Each of these
stations support up to 20,000 people at very high living standards.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/60934836/Vesta-2

This is why knowledgeable people often say that industrial
civilizations do better as space faring civilizations.

Yet, thoroughly processing the surface of Venus, Mercury, Luna and
Mars to a depth of 20 km to create a stable geological base for
terraforming the worlds of the inner solar system with self-
replicating machines processes 1.5e+22 kg - yeilding 5x as much
material as found in the asteroid belt. Enough material to build
267.5 billion space stations of the type described above - providing
humanity sufficient resources to support over 6 quadrillion people in
space.

The solar system transformed in this way is held in common trust for
all humanity. At present, 7 billion people are alive. If well
supported these people will grow in number at a rate of 1.14% per year
doubling every 61 years. Yet, as education and living standards rise
human reproduction rates fall - below replacement levels.

Population models examining the sudden introduction of these
capabilities and resources to the prsent human population indicate
that population levels will rise to no more than 20 bilion people over
the next 89 years - or by 2100 AD. WIth a stationary population level
of 20 billion, the resources outlined here would sustain people for
300 million years assuming a 100 year life cycle for each space
station - an no changes in underlying technology. Even with a 10
year life - on par with the life span of aircraft ships and
automobiles - we have the resources to support 20 billion people for
30 million years - vastly longer than many species survive in the
wild.

Of course, many of these limiting assumptions while useful to make
interesting predictions and give us some measure of the value of the
procedure outlined here. Such limits do not really apply to the human
species which is capable of reinventing its methods of survival with
every valid new idea that is taken seriously enough to act upon and
apply broadly.

The same procedures applied here can be adapted and applied in the
outer solar systems as well as applied to other nearby star systems.
Watch the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey and 2010: The Year We Make
Contact to see many of these ideas shown.

All the resources outlined here are held in trust for the benefit of
every man woman and child alive today and in the foreseeable future.

Sun orbiting power stations, flying 3.5 million km above the solar
surface, operating in conjunction with reflectors operating at 900
astronomical units from Sol, using the gravity field of the Sun as a
vast lens direct intense light beams to laser light sails that ply
between nearby stars along lanes where intense light energy regularly
sweep through to accelerate laser light sails..

I described years ago how Earth orbiting stations can be adapted to
become sun orbiting stations and used to distribute power throughout
the solar system optically.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/35439593/S...-Satellite-GEO

This need not take place now since zero point energy has been
developed and found practical on the scale of industry we use today.
A neutronic fusion is used for interplanetary propulsion. Laser light
sails are used for interstellar travel to nearby star systems at 1/3
light speed.

The first systems to arrive in nearby star systems are sent with multi-
staged laser light sails. These carry small payloads that produce
clouds of zero point energy micro machines that survey the system and
find usable materials. From these materials there is erected a star
orbiting laser power system that produces a counter propagating beam
to slow incoming sails from Sol. Other laser systems are built,
oriented toward nearby stars beyond Sol. These allow expansion of the
system over time.

Nearby planets similar to Venus, Mars, Mercury or the Moon, are
transformed in the same way described here. Asteroid like materials
are transformed as well. Between one and five Earth's are created for
each Star system in this way. At 1/3 light speed, in this sector of
the Galaxy, Every 20 years a star system is transformed in this way.

By the year 2050 a total of 76 Earth's will have been created in 15
star systems within 17 light years of Earth. Spread evenly across
this space the 10.9 billion people alive at that time would average
143 million people per Earth equivalent. By 2100 AD a total of 607
Earth's will have been created in 151 star systems within 33 light
years of Earth. Spread across this space the 19.2 billion people will
average 31.6 million people per Earth equivalent. Assuming increased
longevity and liberty maintain reproductive rates at current levels
even at these living standards, a total of 33.8 billion will be alive
in 2150 AD. By that time, with no increase in expansion rates
humanity will occupy 2048 Earth equivalent areas across 512 star
systems within 50 light years of Earth. Average population density
per Earth is 16.5 million people.

Of course over this period technology will advance with an increase in
travel speeds and expansion rate. This will reduce population density
by expanding the total number of star systems available.

Using the gravity lens of each local star as a collimator to beam
radio and laser signals to well defined regions around Sagittarius A
Star (A*) the four million solar mass black hole at the center of the
Milky Way galaxy, allow us to send signals through the ergosphere of
the spinning mass in such a way as to effect instantaneous
communications across human space. This also allows us limited
capacities to send signals through time. A negative time delay.
Which has significant practical benefits in creating new services
across an interstellar internet protocol.

http://www.frc.ri.cmu.edu/~hpm/proje...mConEx.98.html

Not only is real time communications across the cosmos implemented
seamlessly, but teleoperation and telepresence across the cosmos is
implemented as well, along with new types of computing platforms.
Artificial intelligence built around goal directed behavoir that
adjusts robot states to meet desired end points - just as thermostats
measure temperature to meet desired temperatures.

Not only do those who travel have the option of stasis to make the 1/3
light speed journey palatable, but they have the option to create a
virtual reality while in stasis - traveling instantly across the light
years interacting with others through this advanced interstellar
internet.

Of course these robots are made of zero point powered machine cells
that self assemble into any shape possible, or communicate with any
sort of convenient portal.

You can get an idea of what these would be like in the following film
clips

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmCMIJsYvZM
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OqSml40nwCE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh9sn5gn2fk
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3O52gK6c2A
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUQsRPJ1dYw
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MvRTALJp8DM
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRdxXPV9GNQ

We have much the capacity today to remake our world our lives our
solar system and the nearby stars.

Over the next 150 years we will isolate and shape a dozen pieces of
iron-56 into a dozen pentagonal based pyramids that assemble into a
dodecahedron.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentagonal_pyramid
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dodecahedron

The laser light sources for the light sail star ships are organized
among a dozen well situated star systems to collide these objects at
1/3 light speed into one another, to create engineered microscopic
black holes. These engineered black holes are assembled into a new
type of machine system that is capable of a wide range of operations
not possible with conventional matter. Once a few of these machines
are assembled, they are then flown automatically to the black hole
Sagittarius A star at the center of our galaxy, and through the
ergosphere to use the Penning process to create multiple copies of the
machine systems on demand, and deliver this machinery to anyone
anywhere and anywhen in human space in any physically consistent way.
That is, in ways that don't violate the creation of the machinery in
their time line. The time line must be consistent with the
machinery's creation.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novikov...ency_principle

At this point 8e+36 kg of black hole material, more material than in
all the asteroids of all the Milky Way, becomes available to all
humans everywhere and everywhen within the galaxy - on demand - and
there are 100 billion black holes of comparable size spread across the
cosmos. Furthermore, all people everywhere can travel and communicate
anywhere in the cosmos nearly instantly, in space or time.

The density of humans at that time will drop considerably.

Consider an exponentially growing population that doubles every 61
years will have achieved levels of 33.8 billion people by 2150. All
people who have ever lived will be less than 67.6 billion - and all
those people at one time or another will have access to their fair
share of the machinery described here. This equates to 1.2e+26 kg of
massenergy per person distributing this mass across 67.6 billion
people. Of course with 100 billion galaxies, this rises to 1.2e+37
kg - a MILLION solar masses of massenergy that can be turned into any
form of anything imagineable anywhere at anywhen - for every man woman
and child that have ever lived!

If there are 1 million alien species, this machine system described
here can be given gratis to all of them - assuming the same numbers
and diversity - every person has a solar mass of massenergy available
to them in this cosmos. If there are a billion species across the
cosmos as numerous as humans in this scenario, every individual has
the equivalent of 332 Earth masses of massenergy available to them.

I no longer watch TV and I don't know what Fred is talking about.
lol. I remember Star Trek. That's about it.

I urge everyone who watches TV to read Edward Bernays and Walter
Lippman and to stop watching TV, especially TV news, which is chock
full of lies between the commercials which are also lies. Quadaffi
for example is a decent man as national leaders go, truly concerned
about Libya and the people of Libya and Africa while NATO troops are
murdering tens of thousands of innocent civilians in Tripoli while UN
Green helmets are executing a land grab in Africa burning villages and
killing innocent women in children in the name of the environment.
Nasty brutish stuff you won't see on your TV at least not how it truly
is.

Even though I don't know what you mean when you say 'ancient
replicator' and mention various fantasy personalities that are
important to you, I can see that you keyed off my use of the word
replication.

So, lets talk about that.

I am not talking about ancient replicators that some alien race built,
I'm talking about modern machine replication that takes place in my
lab in Christchurch NZ.

First lets talk about nature and how nature works;

When DNA driven replication takes place in a growing organism, the
mechanism is like the operation of a zipper. During replication the
two DNA strands unzip from one another. The 'naked' strands draw
complementary amino acids from solution - matching G to A and C to T -
using the single strand as a template - forming two DNA molecules
where one existed before. The two DNA's then go back from replication
mode to expression mode - and the cell begins to divide.

In my machine replicator - and there will likely be countless others
as humanity progresses with this technology - the mechanism is like a
mono-molecular Origami. There are two complementary layers made of
repeating mers that form a structured laminated surface. Together
these form a folded polymer which creates a functional machine
system. They are initially formed using wafer fab techniques using a
wafer as the original template.

To replicate outside the wafer fab, the machines are put in a solution
that causes them to unfold back to their original planar surface.
Then, chemicals are added that cause the laminated surfaces to
delaminate - similar to the DNA upzipping. Then, each 'naked' surface
draws complementary mers from solution forming two planar surfaces for
each one surface that went into the solution originally. And that's
it!

These surfaces are then put into another solution that causes them to
curdle or fold into functional units. These units then go through a
self-selection process basically running a molecular level maze.

The best units repeat the cycle as surplus units are drawn off and
failed units are dissolved and reused. Doubling occurs in less than
an hour.

Functional machines self-assemble into a variety of forms.

They are powered by what I call zero point energy. Its really rather
simple. Think about a molecule that releases energy as it folds up
when triggered by a low energy event. Call this a mouse trap
molecule. Such a molecule is easily used as a fuel to provide energy
on demand. Of course you start with a supply of 'fuel' and end up
with a supply of 'waste' once all the molecules you have are
triggered. The traps have to be reset.

Now, generally speaking, it takes more energy to reset the mouse traps
than to fire them. This makes thermodynamic sense. However, there is
a bit of nonsense in physics. Its called Polder-Casimir force - and
I've created a molecular channel that exhibits this force - and is
shaped in such a way as to reset the mouse trap molecule at vastly
less energy than it would take normally without the molecular
channel. Now, this appears to violate thermodynamics, and asking
where the energy comes from is sort of like asking where the photon is
in a double slit experiment! haha - the only thing I can say for
sure, is it works!

I'm not the first to discover this by the way. Others have discovered
similar stuff, but have been ridiculed discredited or even killed.
There was a guy back in the 90s from Ohio, that I thought was nuts who
discovered a form of zero point - and ran a dune buggy on water. He
died. Bad luck I thought, until I found out that all the credible
witnesses that observed his system in operation - died also - that
week.

Then, I was asked to review some science from a Japanese company who
built a similar system using a water powered fuel cell electric car.
I was warned - be careful - the US government was threatening
earthquake attacks unless this car went bye bye. I laughed. Wouldn't
the US support low cost energy? No, the powers that be say they want
to depopulate the world and low cost energy makes that more
difficult. Nuts I thought.

I looked at the data and I saw how the fuel cell worked and realized
there was a general solution that operates along the lines I described
above. I wrote the favorable report in February, and *bam!* an
earthquake in Christchruch. A coincidence I thought.

The Japanese company got funding and moved forward. Then, was
destroyed in the Tsunami last March and many key employees and
supporters died at that time as well. Another coincidence?

I don't know.

But these 23 micron diameter robots are cool. Lots of applications.
A few million of them covering every millimeter of your skin are used
to monitor body position very accurately - producing 3D models in real
time. Looking for a killer app right now.

A friend of mine and a fellow on the program, programmed a few hundred
million of the robots to curl her hair in the morning. She gets out
of bed, and runs an app that communicates with the 'bots in her hair
and they shape every one of her 128,433 hairs (last time I looked)
precisely the way she wants them. Imagine the shampoo possible?
lol. She's working on a line of self applying make up and hair
coloring. Her husband wants to wake up showered, clean shaven and
teeth cleaned! lol. Sort of dumbass things to do with this
technology, but it gets our feet wet. Making the bed, cleaning
bedclothes, cleaning and ironing clothes, are simple dumbass things,
but are fun practical ways to gain experience with the technology.
Growing food, tending livestock, maintaining machinery - are the first
steps.

Surveillance and security applications are important as well. Just
being aware of what's around you, and confusing potential threats to
your person allows one a great deal of peace without attracting any
attention at all. You get lucky, others get unlucky in subtle ways.
Extending that to others and expanding it in various ways expands the
peace.

I figure we'll be ready to build a machine cell version of Voitenko
compressor - and do so on a far smaller scale than previously. The
tiny fusion blasts are the heart of a 20 Newton aneutronic fusion
rocket that has an alpha particle exhaust with an exhaust speed of
33,000 m/sec - powered by lithium and deuterium drawn from a local
spring.

With zero point energy one might say what do I care about fusion
power? Well, it comes down to power level and power to weight. The
energy levels are at the low end of the chemical energy scale for the
systems I have. Quite suitable for what I'm doing, but not enough for
big space applications. I can't figure out how to do the trick I
described above, on the nuclear level. Not at densities that are
normal on Earth.

If we were on the surface of a neutron star - maybe. haha - in fact,
I am thinking of my old friend Bob Forward and the creatures he
imagined populated Dragon's Egg - they would use zero point energy by
passing neutron configurations through channels - lol. Who knows?
He would have appreciated what I'm doing here.

Tiny aneutronic fusion rockets that produce 1 kgf each - there are
300,000 elements spread around the surface of a vehicle like this

http://www.scribd.com/doc/62745980/Flying-Home

Where I'll fly to Saturn to oversee the transport of Iapetus and
Enceladus to Venus, Mars, Luna and Mercury - and the formation of
oceans there and the spread of plants and animals on the newly
terraformed surface.

Here's what it will look like;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NM1r37zIBOQ

While much can be done with machinery, the spread of life, as far as I
know how to do today, will require some human time and attention to
propagate life after the proper balance of elements is attained. This
will start with the conversion of Iapetus and Enceladus - two moons of
Saturn - to transportable elements directed at the worlds to be
transformed. When that is complete, then I move to Venus and oversee
the removal of the atmosphere there and the processing of that surface
into forms that are stable when exposed to water and oxygen. Ditto
for Mercury Luna and Mars. Surplus material is removed from the crust
of Each and formed into appropriately sized solar shields. These are
disks floating at Lagrange Point One for each planet that shade them
from the Sun, or in the case of Mars, add sunlight with a fusion
engine equipped with a wiggler that extracts sunlight from the rapidly
moving alpha particle stream. This light is added to the sunlight
already in the form of a ring around the Sun, when viewed from the
Surface of Mars. Whether a disk with opening to reduce the apparent
size of the Sun, or a disk letting all the light of the sun pass
through, with a fusion lamp - or simply a reflector - around the
periphery - in the case for Mars - all are equipped with a large solar
powered electromagnet to create a vast magnetic field sufficient to
deflect solar flare and solar wind from each planet's surface.

Then the arrival of water and the spin up of each world.

Then a second wave of transformation.

Then the introduction and propagation of life.

Meanwhile, back on earth...

Since the terror hoax has led to increasing loss of liberty and the
objectionable growth of government, security systems to secure persons
in their body and home and property will be valued. Secure and
accurate information systems, secure communications and internet.
Transport systems too to replace the automobile and air travel with
something more practical. The cell phone and internet with something
more secure a shadow net. So, people drop out and become invisible.

Literally.

Consider optical meta materials

http://www.thelivingmoon.com/49elect...evice_006.html

A cloud of self propelled nano-scale robots surround an object and
carry it away - while making the object invisible to outside
observers. To them the object just disappeared. It gives a new
meaning to 'beam me up Scotty' - with appropriate optical and sound
effects! lol.

The person or object of transport is picked up and encased in a
vehicle that forms on the spot around them - as they are wafted
invisibly away. The software for this is surprisingly simple to
work out.

http://www.robaid.com/robotics/robo-...s-levitate.htm

Solving our immediate problem sets the stage to enter the next phase
of our evolution over the next 150 years. This involves interacting
with Sagittarius A-star, the supermassive black hole at the center of
our galaxy. Here we are constrained by Novikov's consistency
requirements.

Its weird to think that our future industry is here now ready to serve
us. All we have to do is figure out how to access it in a self-
consistent way. Also, following Asimov's three laws of robotics, such
machines wouldn't interact with us in ways that harm our optimal
development as individuals.

Science Fiction is Fiction. What I am discussing is not fiction since
there is nothing fictional about what I've done here.

Let's take zero point energy.

The Polder-Casimir force is a well documented force. Anyone who works
on the nanoscale in any wafer-fab on the planet knows about this
force. haha - the way receptors work is also well understood. Its
child's play really to fabricate a molecule that fits into a channel
in such a way as to take advantage of the Polder-Casimir force to
reconfigure a low energy molecule to a high energy - extracting energy
from the zero point.

So, lets talk about that.

Let's not and say we didn't, because you're a loon of the first water.

Everyone is welcome to their opinion. Even someone like you. People
have gotta ask, why do you go out of your way to ridicule those you
believe to be loons of the first water? I mean, don't you have
anything better to do with your time?

haha - you really are holding a mirror up to yourself and your
motivations.

nutspew nipped

Calling names isn't the same as demonstrating those names are
appropriately applied. Again, they reflect poorly on you and mean
nothing to me.

The fact remains, self-replicating machinery powered by zero point
energy is here. Molecular computing is here. Things will change very
quickly and decisively - without drawing too much serious attention
from folks who might be in a position to stop progress toward liberty.

I'm merely giving folks here a heads up so they know what to expect.

Your denigration of what I say is actually of benefit to me and my
efforts thus far.

Thanks.

Just remember,

The bad guys find themselves unlucky in various ways. The good guys
find themselves lucky in other ways. Meanwhile, a place is being
prepared for all of us. Delivery expected 2015.

This is possible because;

Iapetus has enough water ice to cover Venus with an ocean equivalent
to that of Earth.

Enceladus has enough water ice to cover Mars, Luna and Mercury with
oceans as well.

There is enough deuterium and lithium-6 in these moons to move them to
the inner solar system in less than a year, and carry out the other
tasks listed.

The atmosphere of Venus removed from that planet and processed into a
nitrogen oxygen atmosphere produces enough air to cover Venus, Mars,
Luna and Mercury with an Earth type atmosphere.

Processing the soils of Venus, Mercury Luna and Mars - into stable
basalts and other forms that interact well with water, before the
arrival of oceans of water from Saturn, produce significant quantities
of raw materials that are removed from these planets.

The excess material is held at Lagrange Point One for each world.
Here a shield to reduce light levels coming from the Sun to Earth
normal levels is produced. In the case of Mars a fusion powered light
source is added around the disk of the Sun, (ala Clarke) or a lens is
constructed (ala Forward) to increase light levels to Earth normal
conditions.

Also a large solar powered electromagnet is manufactured to deflect
solar flares and solar wind.

Lagrange Point One also becomes a repository of information about the
worlds before their transformation, as well as an industrial center to
process excess material into useful forms for human use.

Advanced forms of propagation will meet all human food needs within
nine months, and cover the planet and fill the oceans with life within
five years.

Billions of free flying fusion powered homes are constructed and sent
to Earth.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/62745980/Flying-Home

At that point all weapons systems are inactivated using a cloud of
intelligent nano-robots descending world wide around the world. All
combatants and perpetrators against the common weal are identified,
and removed from the field of battle and held in custody on orbit.

All non-productive material assets are surveyed for all forensic
evidence and deconstructed at the molecular level. The 'I am the
Truth' shadow network becomes generally discoverable on a variety of
media, which leads those interested further - detailing the realities
of this world for all - and making those held in custody available to
cybernetic courts as complaints are heard and prosecution rendered
fairly. Monuments are erected to the billions of innocents killed by
war crimes of the major powers over the past century.

Those who wish to do so may travel in their flying home to any
processed planet and select a five acre free hold and build a home
there using assets held in trust for all humanity.

Interstellar light sails are sent forth to process additional worlds
beyond Sol.

Eventually, over the coming century, light sail techniques are used to
collide shaped iron-56 pieces at 1/3 light speed to form atom sized
black holes are engineered and assembled into machinery. That
machinery is sent to Sagittarius A-star and replicated.

All humanity is retrieved. Those who have committed crimes over
history will be revealed, and they will be brought to justice.

The human trust will expand to all black hole masses everywhere, and
made available to all intelligent species throughout the cosmos.

hoo rah!

Default Secret Sats, Giant Rockets: U.S. Unveils Space War Arsenal

NASA AN EMBARASSMENT

NASA and the United States government generally, has failed to develop
adequately our frontier for the benefit of the people of the United
States or the world. Had NASA fulfilled the role which JFK had
outlined for it, the world would be a far safer, saner, more peaceful
and more prosperous place than it is today.

NASA DISRESPECTS THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

As it stands, NASA can do no more than lie to the American people
about what it is doing. The SLS might be 400 feet tall, but with a
lifting capacity of only 70 tonnes to LEO, it is vastly less capable
than the Saturn V despite the fact the Saturn V is 365 ft tall. When
one compares costs as well as lifting capacity, its easy to see NASA
has not done a damn thing to fulfill the implied promises it has made
to the American people. In fact, the most recent statements of NASA
make it clear the lack of respect NASA administration has for the
American people.

NASA PARTICIPATES IN HORRIFIC MK-ULTRA TORTURE

When one adds the horrific role NASA has played secretly in support of
MK-Ultra Monarch programs, and the use of NASA assets in the torture
and death of US Citizens, extending back to the end of World War Two,
one might even say NASA, along with the bulk of the intelligence
community and elements of United States government, is guilty of
crimes against humanity. In this respect the USA is worse than Soviet
Russia or Apartheid South Africa. NASA role in this respect may even
spell the end of the United States as we know it, once the whole truth
of the perversion and corruption of our government becomes commonly
known.

DON'T LET NASA ALIENATE US FROM THE POSITIVE ROLE SPACE TRAVEL CAN
PLAY

Even so, we shouldn't let NASA's role alienate us generally from the
real and lasting benefits that accrue from the development of our
frontier of interplanetary space.

TRADITIONAL APPROACH TO SPACE TRAVEL

With existing chemical rockets and traditional manufacturing
techniques we can build significant highly reusable multi-stage
launchers that provide important infrastructure for our planet. This
includes a multi-element launcher built from External Tank hardware
capable of putting up 695 metric tons into LEO. With this capability
we can profitably build;

(1) A global wireless hotspot - to provide low cost broadband
throughout the world. This capability not only provides traditional
radio, tv, telephone and internet, it also provides advanced internet
capabilities including teleoperation and telepresence - vastly
improving opportunities world wide;

(2) Solar power satellites that use infra-red power transmission to
Earth from GEO at the rate of 10 GW at a cost of $0.03 per kWh, and
from Sun orbit 3.5 million km from Sol at a rate of 220 GW at $0.002
per kWh.

(3) An automated mining system that masses 695 tonnes leaving Earth
orbit, using solar collector to power a system that breaks water down
into hydrogen and oxygen to recharge propellant at Mars and the
asteroid belt. This system returns 300 tonnes of material to Earth,
with recovery of the vehicle, within 3 years - 100 tonnes per year per
vehicle. Two dozen satellites launched per year returns 3,600 tonnes
per year of the rarest of materials at costs competitive with existing
mining methods.

(4) With 220 GW of laser energy we then develop laser propulsion
technologies to create hydrogen fueled laser rockets capable of 22 km/
sec exhaust speeds, converting the multi-element launcher to a single
stage to orbit RLV - increasing launch rates 6x - while maintaining
costs at previous levels - lowering costs increasing mass flow rate
off world. Applied to deep space stages, increases flight speeds and
payloads to and from the Moon and inner planets.

(5) Advanced micro-electro-mechanical systems produce propulsive skin
- that is laser powered - to produce UFO like vehicles with exhaust
speeds of 22 km/sec. Makes space vehicles a commodity and opens the
Moon Mars and Asteroids to development.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY FREELY AVAILABLE TODAY

Three advances made by others over the past 60 years, but suppressed
until recently, radically changes our approach. These changes
include;

(1) Zero point energy. The Casimir-Polder force is a real force
produced by virtual photons present in vacuum. These have well
defined effects on chemical compounds which have been used to recharge
spent fuels without the application of external sources of energy -
extracting in a practical way energy from the vacuum.

(2) Self-replicating machine systems. VonNeuman proposed them as
long ago as 1946. Edwin Moore wrote about them 10 years later. Both
ideas were popularized in the 1950s by Scientific American. Advanced
automation for space missions was studied in 1979 at Wood's Hole.
Lackner Wendt Auxon replicators were studied in the 1990s with
attention paid to use of available materials. Cornell built a self-
assembler in 2005. The novel application of wafer-fab techniques
allow self-assembly of molecular level machines and their cooperation
in swarms to achieve a variety of effects.

(3) Voitenko Compressor. A disposable low cost mass produced shaped
charge that compresses aneutronic fusion fuel to create a burst of
high speed alpha particles. This not only solves the our energy
problems, complementing #1 above, but this also makes immediately
practical high performance fusion rockets with 33,000 km/sec exhaust
speeds (compared to 5 to 22 km/sec exhaust speeds described above)

With these three elements we are in a position to do far more in space
than is possible with conventional techniques, especially when these
elements are combined into unified systems.

A small self replicating cell that is powered by zero point energy and
operates in swarms to build fusion rockets provides substantial
capabilities. These include;

(1) The ability to send small payloads across the solar system in days
to weeks at constant gravity.

(2) The ability to process entire worlds and move elements wherever we
like in the solar system to create Earth analogues on demand.

(3) The ability to build and grow anything in any quantity needed at
zero cost from off world supplies to meet all human material needs.

A program is outlined that;

(1) Build a zero point powered self replicating machine cell.
(2) Operate in swarms
(3) Build a 1 kg payload with 207 grams lithium-deuteride micro
fusion rocket
(4) Fly to Saturn from Earth in 9 days - at one gee.
(5) Deposit payload elements at both Iapetus and Enceledus
(6) Process both moons;
(a) remove water to terraform Venus, Mars, Moon, Mercury,
Asteroids
(b) extract lithium deuterium for fusion power
(c) extract metals and other materials for self replication
(7) Send daughter probes to Venus, Mercury, Moon, Mars, Asteroids
(a) process atmosphere and crust
(b) remove critical materials to L1
(c) construct light, flare and solar wind controls
(8) Collide water arriving from Saturn to Planet
(a) arrange control of spin where appropriate
(9) Use surplus materials extracted from celestial bodies for
industry
(a) meet all human needs
(b) build space homes
(c) return to Earth make available assets for use by all.

Unlike earlier programs this program built around these new techniques
are well within the capacity of private capital to achieve in less
than four years.

Not including the asteroid belt, the result is 88 billion usable acres
across the inner solar system, not including Earth's 38 billion acres
of land. There are 7 billion people in 3 billion housing units.
Three billion freehold sites of five acres each commit 15 billion
acres to all families today, with an additional 4 billion sites, or 20
billion acres held in trust by the parents of off spring. Another 53
billion acres - comprising 10.6 billion home sites, are held in
communal trust assigned on demand.

We have the capacity to design and support single family homes with
their own private factory, farm and power system.

Here are some cool home designs;

Here's a fusion powered flying home;
