Ares-1 will be the first "dead-weight launcher"
..
I think that the Ares-1 will be the first "dead-weight launcher" as explained in my article: http://www.ghostnasa.com/posts/023deadweight.html and that "dead-weight" launched will cost over $250 million for each Orion/Ares-1 launch ..
