It looks as though the whole world is smarter than us. Russia should
have that frosty area of their Arctic rather nicely illuminated and
getting extra toasty warm by 2012, and meanwhile we still haven't
walked on that moon of ours or so much as having a viable robotic
rover doing its moon thing, and otherwise by then China should pretty
much own the moon's L1, and we'll likely be paying $10/gallon of road
fuel plus $1/kwhr. Such a deal.

Hopefully the reactor will be well out to sea such that the giant wave
from the huge earthquake won't break it open and spill a late
cycle batch of fuel rods.

What can go wrong; will go wrong......... given enough time
and enough events.
