Anyone up to counting the stars?

Finally a good night! Limiting magnitude was only down about half a
magnitude. Best in ages.

14" LX200R @ f/10, L=6x5' RGB=3x5' all binned 2x2, STL-11000XM, Paramount ME

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".

Using deepskystacker, I get 5,732 stars. Not bad.

I held a seance with Carl Sagan and his estimate was, "There are billions
and billions."

One of my favorite clusters. I remember John Gleason imaged this back in
the early 80's on film with a C-14 and it made a page in S&T. There was a
debate whether it was a open or a globular cluster. With your image here it
looks like both.

That's crowded indeed. In spite of all the stars the cluster stands out
well.
