I have talked about using microwave back ground radiation to make a
solar sail move if there are not equal forces with opposite directions
hitting the sail - this is not a lot of trouble - I have many methods
to stop equal forces with opposite directions hitting a sail - this is
1 method

a different method - this galaxy is moving toward a super cluster of
galaxies - this causes Doppler shift - this causes the earth to see a
red shift of microwave back ground radiation with same direction -
earth sees blue shift of microwaves with opposite direction - this
does not include sun moving around center of this galaxy and earth
moving around sun

people could use this to travel through space - energy of microwaves
is more strong - opposite direction this galaxy is moving - let
microwaves hit sail - move opposite direction that this galaxy is
moving - I do not need to do any thing to make not equal forces with
opposite directions

because sun is moving around center of this galaxy and earth is moving
around the sun there is a Doppler shift of microwave back ground
radiation - use this red shift and blue shift to move many directions
