Default Moderator note expect delays next week

This note is regarding moderation and approval for:
sci.space.tech
sci.space.science
sci.military.moderated

Cc'ed to sci.space.policy for informational purposes.

Due to a complex and partially delayed set of network
changes, there is some chance that for the next 5-10 days
there will be unusual delays in moderation approval of
articles for these newsgroups. When it is all done there
will be fully redundant networking to hopefully (among
other things) make processing much more reliable,
but for the time being things are becoming slightly
unstable.

I believe workarounds are in place for the likely problems;
however, I wanted to warn everyone that there might be
some issues and problems.
