Default Integrating Video Cameras

After reading Sky and Telescope's discussion of deep-sky imaging with these
cameras, I wondered if one could use light pollution rejection filters in light
polluted areas to get good results? As the exposures are so short anyhow, does
one need LPR's? Can one expect greatly enhanced views in light polluted areas?
If filters work, should one consider OIII, etc.?

I am facilitating a group and will be using 2-8" Dobs and one Nexstar 11. Also
available will be an old C-14 and C-5. I want to get results in town but will
be doing dark sky quarterly. What do you think? I sure am interested and want
to be able to spur interest with "quick fix" imaging others can take home for
personal use. I hope to be able to do traditional CCD imaging later.

Your comments are greatly appreciated.
