[fitsbits] On-line FITS-WCS visualisation

If anyone is interested, I've added a facility to the AST home page
to display an annotated coordinate grid from a set of FITS header cards.
It could be useful for either exploring the effects of changing specific
keyword values, or for exploring the facilities of the AST library.

Go to http://www.starlink.ac.uk/ast/ and then look at the section
entitled "FITS-WCS Plotting Demo".
