But what about the full scale version down the road?

But maneuvering is't only about changing theaters of operation, more
likely for retrieving several small payloads it released.

And the agency building it was set up for the sole purpose of
fast tracking only the most crucial and time sensitive national
security projects. And the X-37b is it's main program. The board

Right, which is why the shuttle replacement has been transferred
to the black budget. NASA's manned space program disappeared
along with it. I'm talking about the future of NASA and manned
space flight, and the future isn't with moon and mars landings, but
to the military.

There is no full scale version.
It can not retrieve payloads
X-37 is not its main program
There is no shuttle replacement program in the military or NASA

I was saying there are plans for one.

X-37C

"In 2011, Boeing announced plans for a scaled-up variant
of the X-37B, referring to the spacecraft as the X-37C.
The size of the X-37C would be approximately 165 to 180%
of the X-37B, allowing it to transport up to six astronauts
inside a pressurized compartment housed in the cargo bay.
The X-37C's proposed launch vehicle is the Atlas V
Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle."

It can not retrieve payloads

"We could have an X-37 sitting at Vandenberg or at the Cape, and on
comparatively short notice, depending on warfighter requirements, we
could put a specific payload into the payload bay, launch it up on an Atlas
or Delta, and then have it stay in orbit, do the job for the combatant
commander, and come back home," Payton said. "And then the next flight,
we could have a different payload inside, maybe even for a different
combatant commander."

....Gary Payton, the undersecretary of the Air Force for space programs.

X-37 is not its main program

It's the single largest project of this agency

The shuttle was a reusable space plane, so is the x-37.
It's currently being flown by the military.

And btw, in another thread about it's ability to maneuver in orbit.
It's origjnal name was the SMV, the space maneuver vehicle.

This doesn't say a think about retrieving payloads.

Another link in my post has this...

Boeing X-37C Crew Vehicle

"As already announced by the Space Safety Magazine, Boeing is
studying an X-37B derivative for cargo and crew transfer to and
from the ISS. Arthur Grantz, chief engineer, Experimental Systems
Group at Boeing Space and Intelligence Systems in Seal Beach,
California, unveiled the plan at Space 2011, a conference organized
by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA)."

"The future uses for the X-37B could include delivery of scientific
free-flying satellites up to geosynchronous orbit. At the end
of the experiment, the satellite would lower its orbit to rendezvous
with the X-37B, which would retrieve the experiments and bring them
back to Earth for inspection and destructive analysis. Given its flight
profile, the X-37B would allow a soft 1.5-g class return of sensitive cargo
from the ISS, like biological samples or material science crystals that are
not supported by high acceleration capsules like the Soyuz or the
future SpaceX Dragon."

Idiot. X-37C is just a marketing proposal and there is no money or
work being done on it.

Just be cause they are both spaceplanes doesn't mean X-37 is the
shuttle replacement
