* * *

A 164 km diameter power satellite is launched into LEO that intercepts sunlight to power an ion rocket engine that boosts the satellite on a hyperbolic trajectory to intercept Jupiter. *The satellite executes a gravity boost maneuver to nearly zero out its velocity relative to the Sun. *It then falls toward the Sun. *It takes up a stable orbit around the sun in an orbital plane that is perpendicular to a line drawn between Proxima Centauri and the Sun.

Operating at 3.5 million km from the Sun, the satellite intercepts 53..1 quadrillion watts of solar energy and generates a multi-spectral laser beam setup using thin disk laser techniques producing a grand total of 18.2 quadrillion watts of laser energy.

Reflected efficiently off a body this laser beam produces 10,000 metric tons of reaction force.

A similar satellite is orbited at the same time and executes the same gravity boost past Jupiter as the first. *Excepting this time, the satellite is ejected from the Solar system, moving through the outer solar system toward Proxima Centauri.

An emitter 164 km in diameter efficiently couples with a receiver 164 km in diameter over a distance of 4.24 light years (267,608 AU) at optical wavelengths. *A 10,000 tonne payload is accelerated at one gravity over 4,600 AU distance in 137 days achieving a speed of 38.8% light speed in that time.

Every 137 days additional payloads of 10,000 tonnes each may be dispatched to Proxima Centauri using the same setup. * An average of 26,600 tonnes per year may be transferred toward Proxima Centauri in this way.

Arriving at Proxima Centauri the light sail breaks into a 164 km wide annulus and a 21.5 km diameter center. *The annulus is furled to focus light toward the center, and the center is slowed while the annulus is accelerated.

The mass of the annulus is 8,000 tonnes. *The mass of the central reflector is 140 tonnes. *The mass of the payload 1,860 tonnes.

Operating at 1/5 th the power level at the start the annulus is accelerated at 1/5th gee whilst the payload is slowed at a full one gee. *In 137 days the payload is slowed, entering the Centauri system at planetary speeds whilst 5,300 AU away, the annulus is accelerated 46.5% light speed - striking the surface of Proxima Centauri and vaporizing in the process.

The payload splits into an orbiting section and a collision section. *Each navigates using nuclear pulse rocket capabilities with aneutronic pulse units to execute this maneuver. *The 140 ton 12.5 km diameter mirror along with 860 ton orbiting section remain in orbit around Proxima Centauri. *The 12.5 km diameter reflector operating as a LASER communications device with Earth.

A 1,000 ton collision section heads along the same path, albeit more slowly, than the ill-fated annulus.

A few weeks later the collision section of the payload approaches Proxima Centauri at planetary speeds. *A few kilometers above the surface of Proxima the 1,000 ton section detonates a series of generation IV aneutronic micro-fusion devices. *The resulting X-rays are channeled through custom designed X-ray holograms surrounding each device with patterned x-rays directed toward the star's surface. *Other materials by reacting with the expanding plasma waves are brought to zero speed at zero altitude shortly after the structured x-ray blast arrives.

Hot dense plasmas are a non-linear optical media. *As such they exhibit a hysteresis effects and are capable of performing computations. *At the conditions found in the body of a red dwarf like Proxima Centauri, x-rays from engineered fusion blasts operate to produce hysteresis effects that accelerate or slow fusion allowing energy amplification. *Cool plasma formed from infalling structures quench fusion. *When combined with structured plasmas injected into the star's atmosphere with x-ray patterns a self-replicating pattern of fusion reactions takes place and spreads. *Like Conway's GAME OF LIFE

http://www.bitstorm.org/gameoflife/

Such patterns are structured to interact with laser pulses from the orbiting section, which monitors and controls the replication process.

Phonon-photon interaction

http://actu.epfl.ch/news/photon-phonon-coupling-2/

is exploited to manipulate materials within the Star's atmosphere. *Metals are selected, purified and ejected from the star. *The ejecta interacts with star powered laser beams in orbit above the star to cause the ejecta to cool, condense and enter controlled orbit around the star.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optical_molasses

Self replicating machine cell systems aboard the orbiting section interact with the growing amount of cooled ejected material to create a shell around the star made of ejected metals. *This shell operates at 1.29 million km from the center of the star at room temperatures. *The surface gravity is 1 gee.

The mass of the shell is equal to half the metals found in Proxima Centauri. *These are 162% more abundant, but given the star's smaller mass, the total mass available is 10% that found in the Sun.

http://periodictable.com/Properties/...Abundance.html

Half of the metals found in Proxima Centauri total 4.4e+26 kilograms. *440 billion trillion tons.

The 3,042 K surface temperature of the star has peak power output at 952.6 nm wavelength according to Wein's displacement law. *A portion of this is absorbed and converted to short wave radiation (1 part in 100 million) through a frequency doubling process, to match the solar spectrum. *The remainder is focused through openings in the shell and radiated into space. *The solar spectrum is reflected back from these openings using dichroic mirrors to illuminate the surface. *Moving the solar image formed by these holographic dichroic mirrors, creates day/night across the outside of the large spherical surface. *Controlling a small portion of the infrared radiation passing through the openings in a similar way, permits fine control of the weather patterns on this outer surface, which holds its own Earth normal atmosphere.

At 12.2 million km from Proxima Centauri's center a second industrial shell is formed. *This shell operates at 11.2 micro-gravities and stays at room temperature despite the fact that all the remaining energy is absorbed and used to power industrial processes. *This is the machine shell.

This structure has an inner habitable surface area equal to 20.9 trillion square kilometers. *The outer machine surface area is 1.87 quadrillion square kilometers. *With 4% of the extracted materials arriving at the inner shell this is 840 tonnes per square meter. *The shell is approximately 400 meters thick on average with a 5 km deep troposphere and one gee surface gravity. *The structure is maintained by a dynamic system developed by Robert Forward described here;

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_fountain

adapted for the construction of a stable shell around stars.

The remaining 96% of the extracted materials forms a shell at the larger distance. *220 tonnes per square meter and is approximately 100 meters thick on average - with no atmosphere and only 1/90th gee surface gravity. *This is built the same way.

The habitable surface is 202x the present surface area of Earth. *If this surface is inhabited at 500 million per Earth area, 101 billion people would live there. *If its inhabited at 5.0 billion per Earth area - 1.01 trillion people would live there.

With 6.54e23 Watts available, each person would have available to them 6.4 trillion watts of power per person with the smaller population and 640 billion watts of power per person with the larger population. *With 4.4e23 tonnes available of raw materials, each person would have available to them 4.3 trillion tons of raw materials at the smaller population and 430 billion tonnes of raw materials at the larger population.

To put this power in perspective this is sufficient power to transport 15,000 kg per person per year over interstellar distances.

A 12.9 million km diameter emitter across the outer shell can form 164 km diameter Airy disk up to 333,512 light years from Proxima Centauri. *A similar array of sensors provide accurate imaging of stars and planetary systems across the galaxy.

Once set up at Proxima Centauri, which should take less than 15 years, (2028 AD) the system can dispatch similar seeds to all red dwarf stars in the galaxy. *72% of all the stars in the Milky Way, approximately 216 billion such stars, would be converted in the way just described to produce an Earth type environment capable of supporting 216 billion trillion people. *It would take 300,000 years of star travel to cross the Milky Way.. *However, during transit, the people on board would not reproduce. *They would be in Stasis.

http://www.ted.com/talks/mark_roth_s...animation.html

With aging control our growth rate rises from 1.2% per year to 2.4% per year - all things being equal.

http://www.ted.com/talks/aubrey_de_g...oid_aging.html

With a 2.4% growth rate in human numbers (noting that while in transit humans do not reproduce) it would take until 2124 (ship time) to reach the 101 billion person level and 2221 (ship time) to reach 1.01 trillion.

As mentioned previously it takes 12.6 years after launch to get the probe to Proxima Centauri at the speed indicated and it takes less than 0.4 years to process the star in the ways just described using self-replicating machine systems indicated.

The launchers consist of aneutronic fusion nuclear pulse rockets that project 10,000 tonnes each to 12 km/sec final velocity. *With an exhaust velocity of 33,000 km/sec only 3,700 kg of lithium-6 deuteride are needed to place each vessel on course.

Presently humanity produces enough Lithium, so that when Lithium-6 is extracted from 7.5% of the total, 405,000 such ships could be dispatched without any added source of lithium per year. *Increasing impulse capacity 4x to allow for navigation at the end of its journey, reduces this number to 101,000 such ships per year.

On average, a person in suspended animation masses 85 kg. *With a mechanical counter-pressure space suit, and stacked in blocks, 8 people may be carried per tonne. *A 10,000 tonne payload therefore represents the ability to transport 80,000 people from Earth to Proxima Station.

With aging control generally available, and reproductive rate 2.4% per year (ship time), a rate of exodus of 5% per year would see a reduction of 2.6% per year on Earth and a rising of 7.4% per year at Proxima Station - delayed by the time in transit (12.6 years)

So, Starting today with 7.06 billion people we have need of 4,412 launches of 80,000 per launch per year. *This requires 1,952 laser satellites to support, orbiting all in the same plane as described above. *To dispatch these we have a 6 launch centers located around the Earth launching one fusion rocket every 8 hours.

So, during the first year, two satellites are launched after the first two, one to deploy a laser station near Sol, the other a ship carrying emigres to Proxima station. *After the laser stations were fully deployed and the orbit populated, the launch rate would rise to 4,412 ships per year. *They would form a star ship train with a 725.3 million km separation between them.

By the 100th anniversary of Neil Armstrong's landing on the moon, 450 million people would remain on Earth and 45 million people would share each Earth sized habitable tile on Proxima station.

Of course from the self-replicating machine system operating to build Proxima Station we have the capacity to send similar 'seeds' to all red dwarf stars across the galaxy.

Using this capacity and technology with no further improvements, we have a shell expanding at 38.8% light speed originating from Proxima Station and populating red dwarf stars throughout the volume of the sphere

By 2100 AD at this rate, 100 million people remain on Earth. *By 2200 AD only 600,000 remain of the original population! *At this time 9.4 million are arriving from the populated stars as back flow returning home, or visiting their origins.

By the middle of the 24th century 10,000 stars with an ability to support 10 quadrillion people around the red dwarf stars - for periods of 3 trillion years provide a sound basis for human development going forward, despite the fact that only 86.4 billion people are alive at that time, mostly at Proxima Station.

A steady growth in human numbers from 7.06 billion today would reach the carrying capacity of these stations by 2610. *Exponential growth is merely a product of our present system of control through scarcity and demand synthesis. *Once high living standards are uniformly achieved demand is saturated and exponential growth ends.

Now Lithium 6 is about 3% of the Lithium 7 in the lunar soil. That means 0.18 ppm of the lunar soil is Lithium-6. This means that each cubic meter of lunar soil contains 432 milligrams of Lithium-6. 432 milligrams of lithium-6 plus 144 milligrams of deuterium release 259.2 GJ using the JETTER CYCLE. This is an amount of energy that is the equivalent of burning 42.5 barrels of crude oil for the lithium contained in each cubic meter of lunar soil. It takes about 2.5 barrels of oil of heat energy to ionize a cubic meter of lunar soil and separate it into its component parts using time-of-flight mass spectrometry techniques in vacuum.

A fusion powered 200 kg payload that digs 100 mm into the lunar soil across a 1.2 m wide path and does so at a 1 km per hour (277 mm/sec) rate processes 1 million cubic meters of soil per year. This is equivalent to 40 million barrels of oil. An oil well producing 115,200 barrels per day!

In a year a disk 3.7 km in diameter has been processed by the machine.

In physical terms this is equal to 576 kg of lithium-6 deuteride each year.

Eight hundred such units would provide the same amount of energy as the world's oil wells do today - with none of the pollution effects.

Since significant quantities of other materials are separated from the lunar soil along with the Lithium-6 and deuterium, its possible to return those materials as well as the Lithium-6 Deuteride. Iron, Titanium, Aluminum, in massive quantities.

Using atomic scale additive techniques of controlled plasma vapor deposition provides a means to manufacture copies of the original digger at the rate of one doubling period per hour.

As the digger spirals outward by the time it completes 16 turns it has built a copy of itself. This daughter is deployed and operates along side the original increasing the digger width from 1.2 meter to 2.4 meters.

In another hour the disk is 67.7 meters in diameter after another six turns. There are now two daughters, one from each operating unit. These two join the two on the outside of the one already working, and form a digger width of 4.8 meters.

At the end of 10 hours the first machine has grown to 1024 machines and they are producing over 117 million bpd energy equivalent. More than the world currently uses.

This along with 2.58 million metric tons of iron, aluminum, titanium, per year and another 0.5 million tons of other valued materials.

These materials return largely in the form of Mr. Fusion type power appliances complete with a variety of end user appliances, motors, ovens, furnaces, air conditioners, chemical processing units, etc., are fabricated and returned to end users on Earth in response to radio/laser commands from Earth.

http://dvice.com/pics/mr_fusion.jpg

At this rate it takes 3,500 years to plow through the entire surface of the moon to a depth of 0.1 meter. The process repeats another 0.1 meter down for the next cycle.

Designs and commands can also be received by the system to produce updated products, including diggers.

Three million tons returned from the moon each year must be ejected from the moon at 2.5 km/sec. Using oxygen as a working fluid and ejecting it at 10.0 km/sec means that 22.2% must be oxygen taken from lunar soil. Another 7.8% are rockets and vehicle structure. This leaves 70% payload. So we're talking for 3 million tons per year 951,143 tons of oxygen per year and 334,285 tons of rocketry per year. To energize the oxygen to 10 km/sec requires the expenditure of 21,351 bpd equivalent of energy. Recall the system here is producing 117,760,000 bpd of energy - so this is definitely in the rounding error - a minor energy requirement.

The original 'seed' lander that massed 200 kg would have to depart Earth at a speed of 10.9 km/sec and then land on the moon by slowing another 2.5 km/sec. Another 1.6 km/sec in gravity drag and air drag losses are required. This is a total of 15 km/sec delta vee. With a 10.0 km/sec exhaust speed energized by fusion pulse units that power the lander once its down - and configured to heat air with alpha particles for the first 5 km/sec exhaust speed, and then heat stored propellant - water - for the remaining delta vee - after dropping the air intakes and deploying the landing gear upon leaving the Earth's atmosphere - the vehicle requires

63.22% - stored propellant (505.76 kg - 505.76 liters)

11.78% - structure (94.24 kg)

25.00% - payload (200 kg)

The total energy required to propel the system to the moon is only a few milligrams of lithium-6 deuteride. The system takes four days to transit to the moon and land there. It takes 10 hours after landing to return lithium-6 deuteride power units at a rate exceeding all conventional energy use on the planet. Half a kilo of steel, aluminum and titanium are returned per person per year in the form of consumer appliances that make use of the fuel to make usable forms of energy.

Rates of production can be adjusted to meet the needs of everyone. Expanding to 1,000 times this rate requires only 10 more hours of doubling.

The systems could also self-reproduce on Earth and provide a wide range of products and services on demand using terrestrial resources.

Setting the price of each barrel of fuel equivalent at $20 per barrel equivalent ($3.28 per GJ $0.0011/kWh) produces $862 billion per year and undermines nearly all conventional energy production.

Issuing notes for labor against this energy production (issuing notes to buy the fuel at this price) with one cent - $0.01 - set at 1 second of time and attention from a human being - gives a $36.00 per hour base rate and with 2,160 hours of labor from 3.95 billion people provides a minimum wage of $77,760 per year and a GWP of $307.15 trillion per year minimum.

This requires doubling the output to 334 million bpd equivalent to achieve this level of production.

We issue notes equal to $12.5 trillion to capture the world's present economic system, allowing all legacy systems to fail.

Notes are redeemed in 15 years for energy at the fixed rate. The $12.5 trillion in real capital supports $312.5 trillion in new debt against businesses that use the new energy sources to keep a balanced economy.

No loan applications or banker or government control, just issuing credit when you need it, spending it into existence as you need it. Then you redeem it by going to work for someone, or for yourself, or by hiring someone, depending on your skills and capabilities.

The value of your promises are adjusted automatically based upon your actual history of repayment. All promises inherent in the currency backed by the promise of fuel in the future at a fixed cost, based on demonstrated delivery and redeemed by labor at a fixed MINIMUM rate.

At the outset there are adjustments to make for a smooth transition. Children may spend their future earnings on selected items like education, food and clothing. Elderly at the outset are presumed to have accumulated a savings equal to a value as if they were in the system their entire life. Those with savings in a legacy system may convert that to the new system. Adjustments are made according to age so that adequate infrastructure demand is maintained.

Default Alpha Centauri anyone?

The problem with all this is that with longer life, the breeding population
would have be restricted such that the birth rate would be much much lower.
Or those populations that continue to breed like rabbits, must also continue
to die like flies for the well being of all i.e. Catholics and Muslims.

A very much slower breeding rate combined with the accident rate could
result in a stable population. And if a bit of the population and
it procreation potential could be exported all the better for the
stable population issue.

If the minerals of the moon are processed for use, the first energy source
used will be solar energy from solar fusion. And these resources
will be aimed out wheres I suspect. It should not be assumed that all forms of
fusion are benign especially for use down here on the mother planet.
Crack a fusion reactor open and just how much tritium do you release?
Beware of assurances, look at what happened with with idiot designs
of fission reactors in Japan. The devil is the the details.

safe fusion power = solar power or at least the devil we
know.............................................. .Trig

Lithium-6 Deuteride produces two alpha particles and 22.4 MeV per reaction. The end product are Helium-4 nuclei (alpha particles) that deposit all their energy in a sphere 4 inches in diameter if they're in anything denser than air. (See Bragg length)

Overpopulation means too many people to sustain with the resources at hand.

The current environmental crisis is a continuation of control by a ruling oligarchy through artificial scarcity.

Large numbers of people supported at a level where all their desires are fulfilled with minimal impact to the environment is not overpopulation.

Our eduction system and all of academia really has been dominated with long-term memes that paint a false reality.

The way most people are educated they think more people means over-population.

They have a hard time of thinking clearly about the subject because they have been subjected to a life time of propaganda.

For example, more people using fewer resources but living a higher material living standard is difficult if not impossible for even intelligent people to accept or comprehend, given the nature of the propaganda pumped out across culture.

Consider that in 2000 there were six billion people in the world. In 1950 there were three billion people in the world. In 1900 there were 1.5 billion people in the world. In 1850 there were 0.75 billion people in the world.

Was the world overpopulated? If so, when?

Well consider that in 1950 farms produced 10,000 lbs of food per acre on average and that people consumed in 1950 about 1900 lbs of food.

In 1900 farms produced 3,300 lbs of food per acre on avrage and people consumed 1700 lbs of food.

In 1850 farms produced 1,100 lbs of food per acre and people consumed 1500 lbs of food.

So we have the following chart;

YEAR PEOPLE YIELD CONSUME ACRES

1850 0.75 1,100 1,500 1,022.7
1900 1.50 3,300 1,700 772.7
1950 3.00 10,000 1,900 570.0
2000 6.00 33,000 2,100 381.8

So, you can see that even while population grows exponentially the impact of people on the environment falls! That's because productivity increases faster than the number of people and their demand for stuff.

In fact this is an answer to Enrico Fermi's famous question; "Where are they?" The answer is, they're all around us, but we don't see them because they require so little by way of conventional resources as to be invisible to us.

In our own history from 1850 to 1950 the 450 million acres of farmlands that was no longer farmed in 1950 became available for property development between 1850 and 1950. That's where the land for the suburbs of the 1950s and 60s came from!

Now, today the world is actually producing on average 5,000 lbs per acre since most food is produced by subsistence farmers today. We've abandoned the scientific farmers of the 1950s these days.

Also, chemtrails a bogus attempt to combat global warming add aluminum to the soil and water which stresses both range lands and farmlands makes things more difficult, as do GMO crops.

So, today we're using more farmland more wastefully than ever before, polluting more water, and using more dangerous GMOs pesticides herbacides and fertilizers than ever before.

Yet, the system of development that grew in productivity three times every time population doubled over a century, reduced our impact on the environment from 1850 to 1950. That system broke in the 1970s. This despite the fact that NASA developed advanced farming techniques that use less water, no fertilizer, no pesticides, and produce over 70,000 lbs of food per acre, by the 1970s and researchers even in the 1950s were predicting 200,000 lbs of food per acre using chlorophyl as the primary feedstock by the 1980s.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uuJzvDFl5RU
See 5:21 onward.

So what broke?

The powers that be, and these are the owners of the central banks who presume to OWN all of us, decided on their own there were too many people in 1900. So, they started pushing world wars to cull our numbers. That didn't kill enough people. They pushed for World War 3 when JFK took office. He stood up to these black hats. So, they started harping on overpopulation at all levels through the Club of Rome and other sources in the mid 60s. They also did something else - they DID NOT INVEST IN NEW FARMING TECHNOLOGY THAT INCREASED UNDERLYING EFFICIENCIES AT ALL creating artificially the scarcities they were predicting in their bogus limit to growth studies.

This despite the fact we could easily achieve 60,000 lbs per acre year today using less water fertilizer pesticides etc., than we do today per acre.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6o5LTl6GJw

Since costs scale with land area food costs drop dramatically using advanced techniques.

Global infrastructure bringing water, power, rail transport, and advanced farming to everyone everywhere would have cost less than the nuclear weapons of the Cold War and the present War on Terror.

The same capital strike that the bank owners laid on us in relation to farming was also applied to energy investments and investments in primary production and raw materials.

WATTS YEAR TONS MILLI GJ/TON

75,883 2000 0.04 544,500,000 Lithium Deuteride
7,635 1950 52,378.76 46 Gasoline
768 1900 10,540.25 23 Coal
77 1850 1,524.49 16 Wood

Since productivity goes up as energy use goes up in an industrial economy, incomes go up generally. This means that with a 4.7% growth rate in energy use and a 1.4% growth rate in population energy per person, and hence productivity per person triples every 50 years. By 2050 if appropriate investments are made in energy technology we'd consume 4.3 metric tons of anti-matter per year. By 2100 we'd tap directly into the zero point energy reducing fuel consumption to zero.

http://www.calphysics.org/zpe.html

We don't need to postulate continuous growth. As living standards rise, population growth rates fall. As Maslow's hierarchy of needs are fulfilled, and artificial scarcity ends, along with predictive programming and consumerist propaganda, we find that human needs are saturated and human populations stabilize, while advances continue to reduce the impact of these populations on Earth.

Default Alpha Centauri anyone?

A square meter of area normal to the rays of light coming from the Sun and arriving at the lunar surface generates 1,370 Watts/square meter.

The digger described in the previous post digs through an area 1.2 meters wide and 24,000 meters long in 24 hours and produces enough Lithium-6 Deuteride from this operation so as to generate 115,000 barrels per day equivalent energy. This is 281,000 Watts/square meter equivalent. 205x more efficient!

Microscopic machine cells that self-reproduce and self-assemble into a wide range of products can be used to intercept sunlight in the stratosphere of Earth and produce hydrogen fuel from sunlight and water. The hydrogen is then used to power machine operations that transform life on Earth - along the lines described here

http://www.scribd.com/doc/77588930/Brand-New-World

and here

http://www.scribd.com/doc/106112900/Resources

This doesn't require any off-world development AT ALL.

Lithium 6 is 7.5% of all Lithium found on Earth. Lithium's abundance in the Earth's crust is 20 ppm, meaning Lithium 6 is 1.5 ppm in Earth's crust. A cubic meter of soil on Earth contains 3.6 grams.

Each cubic meter contains the same amount of energy made from Lithium-6 Deuteride as 159.4 barrels of crude oil. This is better than the moon. A tunneling device that digs a 20 meter diameter tunnel a distance of 12 km per day processes 3.77 million cubic meters of soil. After subtracting out the 2.4 barrel equivalent for processing the soil enough lithium-6 deuteride remains to generate 157 x 3.77 million = 591.89 million barrels per day extra energy.

So a single sub-terrene operating on Earth and properly equipped provides 7..4x our current rate of energy production.

Here are the rates of production of other things from this single mining operation - anything with a factor more than one times the consumption allows domination of those supplies.

A 20 meter diameter sub-terrene digging at a rate of one half kilometer per hour, ionizing the rock and separating out all the useful materials, powered by the lithium-6 and deuterium recovered, consumes 638 GW of power and supports the production of many times the power output of the entire planet today.

The 20 meter diameter tunnel has 7 levels each 2.4 meters (8 ft) ceiling height. In this way 1.33 sq km (328 acres) per day of floor space/farming space is built into the Earth.

With aeroponics 32 people per acre supported. This is enough to add farmlands to support 3.83 million per year of operation of 4,383 km of tunnels.

In a manner similar to the lunar digger, a single subterrene that is self-replicating may double every day, increasing the number of tunnels with each doubling - and spiraling outward - it takes 20 days to build sufficient area to meet all the needs of 11 billion people with 12,582,900 km of subterranean tunnels.

Spiraling outward these tunnels form a spiral 566 km in diameter at the end of 20 days.

Self-replicating machine systems that are fusion powered through the Jetter Cycle, find sufficient energy from the Lithium-6 occurring in common materials throughout the solar system.

A sub-terrene like the one described with a one day doubling period dropped on to Ceres and all of its 895.8 quadrillion tons of material will be sorted into their elemental parts in 36 days. Using only 10% of this mass to build a toroidal ring around the Sun, and using the same 175 kg per square meter design figure as the Stanford Torus, we have a 62.5 km diameter tube encircling the Sun at Ceres' orbit. A 119.5 km diameter cylindrical concentrator focuses sunlight into the toroid's interior to partially illuminate the interior to match the day night cycle on Earth and maintain Earth-like temperatures throughout a habitable area 1,002 times larger than the surface of the Earth.

The moons of Uranus and Saturn are mined and transported along minimum energy orbits to provide water, nitrogen and oxygen for this large surface.

This provides 72.29 sq km for every man woman and child on Earth.

Solar panels intercepting sunlight along the 62.5 km diameter of the ring interior to the ring itself, converted at 55% efficiency provide 2.2 GW of power for every man woman and child on the station. This in addition to the Earth level illumination on a 24 hour cycle, and in addition to the Jetter Cycle fusion system.

At one gee a fusion powered spacecraft makes the Journey from Earth to Ceres Station between 3.9 and 5.7 days depending on which part of the ring the ship from Earth is visiting. One gee is maintained throughout this voyage.

This ships are manufactured at Ceres and dispatched to Earth.

They also support two gee operation around Earth and provide global transport to the anti-podes in 37 minutes. 10,000 km in 26 minutes. 5,000 km in 19 minutes. 2,500 km in 14 minutes. 1,000 km in 9 minutes. 500 km in 6 minutes.

A flight to the anti-podes is interesting. The ship rises vertically, with 2 gees of thrust, it accelerates upward, at 9.82 m/sec2 after gravity is taken into consideration. After about 1 minute and 18 seconds the ship is at 30 km and rising at 0.8 km/sec. It then tilts 90 degrees from vertical along the great circle route it has chosen to follow and accelerates horizontally, while gravity slows it down. The vehicle reaches 60 km cruising altitude in another 1 minute and 18 seconds. It is now moving horizontally at 1.8 km/sec and is 60 km downrange. When this ship reaches cruising altitude of 60 km the ship tilts from 90 degrees back to an angle of 60 degrees from vertical to counter gravity again. The 2 gee force of the engine is directing one gee downward and 1.73 gee horizontally at this angle. As the ship accelerates along, it maintains a fixed altitude above the Earth. As its speed increases it again allows its nose to fall toward the horizon as centripetal forces counteract gravity allowing greater acceleration. As this ship's speed exceeds orbital velocity, the ship is actually pointing downward to maintain its 60 km altitude. At 10,000 km from the starting point, there is an outward acceleration of one gee to keep the ship at a constant altitude, flying nose down with an angle 150 degrees from vertical with two gee thrust maintains altitude. Beyond 10,000 km for the anti-podes flight the ship flips to 210 degrees from vertical and as it slows, continues its rotation to 270 degrees and near the end of the flight 300 degrees from vertical (- 60 degrees). As the ship approaches its destination, it is again flies at 270 degrees to begin lowing altitude. As it arrives over its destination at 30 km altitude, it is again in the vertical position and engine power is controlled to produce zero speed at zero altitude at the end of the flight.

The passengers, sitting in a prone position feel a constant two gee force throughout the flight.

This system is powered either by laser propulsion system or fusion powered propulsion system.

Here's a design that proposes a ballistic flight system that is laser powered.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33_-teBjZ4w

Here's a design for a larger 12 passenger system

http://www.scribd.com/doc/54316434/Ballistic-Transport

A 37 minute flight at two gees is an idealized delta vee of 41.4 km/sec. With an exhaust speed of 33,000 km/sec this requires a propellant fraction of 1/8th of a percent of the total vehicle mass. A 5,000 kg vehicle consumes 6.27 kg of lithium-6 deuteride on an antipodal trip.

The same vehicle operating for 4 days at one gee has an idealized velocity of 3,221 km/sec and so needs a propellant fraction of 9.3% so a 5,000 kg vehicle consumes 465 kg of lithium-6 deuteride for a trip from Earth to Ceres station.

These ships accelerate at two gees away from Earth at take off and cut their acceleration back to one gee as the gravity field of Earth drops away. This maintains a one gee geometric acceleration relative to the take off point. So accelerating straight up after 19 minutes of boost the ship is at 6,366.2 km altitude and gravity aboard ship is 1.25 gee and falling toward one gee. At this point passengers can get up and walk around the cabin.

When is the pond half full with water lilies that double their number and grow to size each week? The week before the pond is full.

Humans pollute unlike water lilies. Humans use easy single use resources

These sorts of mindless arguments in support of one's programming are really and truly a waste of everyone's time. The only reason it would be useful I suppose if Nun would actually start to question his programming. A dim and distant hope. But one I will entertain here briefly.

People are not water lilies. The water lily cannot change its relationship to the environment. People can and do.

Humans pollute unlike water lilies.

Lilies are actually an indicator of pollution and they kill other water creatures quite efficiently. Humans do not.

Humans use easy single use resources

first. Lilies only use ambient resources.

Lilies are in indicator that there are too many nutrients in the water. Humans make use of available resources and are capable of changing their behavior and their relationship to the environment to survive as conditions change.

Growing populations are not over-population. Over-population is a specific condition that arises when populations exceed resources.

If you have a condition where population doubles every 50 years where farming productivity per acre triples every fifty years, you have a situation - unique to humans - where populations increase while environmental impact decreases. As was the case from 1850 through 1950. This situation ended only because of the ruling oligarchy's superstitions related to their role and the role of those they believe they own.

Now, I'm not arguing for limitless growth. I'm merely pointing out that oligarchs since the time of the Greeks have been arguing that the world's over populated - not too many oligarchs, but too many of the common type folks..

Due to repetition and advanced advertising and mind control techniques, the idea that the world is overpopulated and that this condition of overpopulation explains all the troubles in the world, has become the received wisdom of the age, and anyone who denies this 'truth' is discredited, ignored, arrested and even killed - depending on the condition.

The oligarchs have achieved dominance in this topic. They will exploit the big lie to carry out a program of depopulation and destruction on an unprecedented scale, if we let them.

Here are a few truths;

(1) As income levels rise population growth rates fall, at $10,000 per person per year and above, populations fall below the replacement level.

(2) The world's population is not growing and many regions are suffering from depopulation. Ever hear of the population pyramid? There are far fewer youths today than those of middle age, showing that despite growth today, we're heading toward a trajectory of population collapse.

(3) Our impact on the environment is a function of our investment in technology that focuses on appropriate improvements in output for a given unit of input. I gave the example of the increases in crop yields. Those increases reversed in the 1970s when the banking cartels stopped investing in technologies that improve those yields. This despite the fact that we have technologies that support 100 people at US 1960 levels of food consumption per acre with complete recycling of inputs. Widely used, these would eliminate pollution due to agriculture, eliminate starvation while lowering food costs and increase food quality. The requirement of bank cartels to maintain dollar dominance has caused us as a species to over-rely on fossil fuels, fouling our environment and creating artificial scarcity in energy. We have known since 1954 that Lithium-6 Deuteride could be detonated with a simple shaped charge to produce virtually unlimited pollution free fusion energy. This was the basis on which Leo Strauss, AEC Chairman in 1954 said energy by 1970 would be too cheap to meter. He was discredited and removed from office by collusion of the banking and oil cartels that needed high priced scarce energy to maintain their control over the industrial world. Nevertheless, had JFK been able to introduce the plans Brookhaven National Lab laid on his desk in 1961, oil coal and natural gas would have joined wood and peat moss in the history museums of the fuels of the past, while everyone's homes, offices, factories, cars, helicopters and boats were powered by small portable fusion devices burning lithium and producing no sensible pollution whatever. Low cost abundant energy means low cost abundant raw materials. Not only can we recycle garbage at the atomic level by ionizing garbage and passing it through a magnetic field, we can make use of rocks and soil directly, to meet our needs for products. All these improvements, using technologies developed before the end of the 20th century, if widely applied would have made of this world a world of plenty. Had it been done by 1970, world population would have stabilized naturally without any special programs of onerous oversight, at around 5.2 billion people. Meanwhile, improvements in core technology would mean further reduction in human impact on the environment. As we move beyond the Earth and build artificial biospheres in which to live, that impact drops to nothing and the Earth is restored, with few exceptions, to its pre-human condition.

This is how an intelligent species progresses.

Its time for people to wake up to the lies that the psychopaths promote for their own selfish ends.
