meade etx70 tripod diagonal direction
Hello,
I have a question. The tripod of the meade etx70 is not is good as the etx90. When I want to make pictures with an exposure time of 10 minutes the motor has to move like a stair (horizontal and then vertical ___|----) with unsharp pictures as a result. The tripod of the etx90 is diagonal (52 degrees) so one motordirection is enough. Has anyone experience with lifting one leg of the etx70 tripod (on a piece of wood or something?) and is then one motordirection enough? Thanks a lot |

My guess would be that the tracking of the ETX is not good enough for 10 minutes exposures. about your suggestion of polar aligning your ETX70: that would work, I assume you can somehow tell the ETX70 to work in polar mode? Eavesdropping on my mystical Stair? And YOU, dude, yes, YOU ~ Suggested to Leonardo To lift his leg, too. Before that unseemly Suggestion, that puppy was happily paper Trained, a nice squatter. And then, yes, YOU Suggsted to him, yes, one night, ca. 1985, Over there, the loft, West 37th, our Leonardo and my neighbor ~ You said to my puppy, "Leon, Don't you know?" My puppy Looked up at you, so trusting Leonardo was, to which his sweet brown eyes Said, "O? Know what?" You answered, "Leon, my boy, You are supposed to lift your leg When you pee." Deeply worried, I quicky Interjected, "No! Don't tell him that!" Subject dismissed. But O know ~ Leonardo forgot not. After that, I had to retrain back paper Squatting. A good boi, he, Yes, Leonardo complied To my wishes. A well-trained paper Boi, he. All 4 lbs Sterling. _______ Blog, or dog? Who knows. But if you see my lost pup, please ping me!
