Default ISS altitude, fuel reserves

I notice at Heavens Above,
http://www.heavens-above.com/issheig...nljggoifhpiiel
, that the recent ISS boosts
resulted in a greater than usual increase in altitude. Is there
anywhere the information about fuel supplies that used to be carried
on sci.space* can be found?

On google, click on the groups tab. Find the group you want. Search for
key words.

NASAWatch.com carries the ISS Status Reports that list available
propellant at ISS almost on a daily basis.

Note for all ISS Watchers: if the station gets significantly below 350
km, it means trouble is brewing.
