Default Mars pic, are see seeing them all?

What is the deal with these Mars images any way? One media source claims
there are hundreds of them with more pooring in all the time.
But a look at the JPL site only shows 100 at most and many are the same
shot over and over. How many pic of this or that part of the lander do we
need?

Where are the rest and why are they being held bacK? Why do we only see
pictures taken in one direction? I have only seen the side with the
mountain range, what gives.

I'm not one to be suspuscious , I believe we landed on the Moon and all the
rest, I don't think Elvis is alive. But this NASA-Mars thing has me
floored.

They found Jimmy Hoffa there and don't want us to know.

I think they're kind of busy these days. They have some things to do
besides providing entertainment for the public. AFAIC, you're lucky to
get to see any images so soon.

The Martian High Council has to approve all images first.
