When Andromeda finally gets here in about 5 billion years...
....it is going to knock some moons out of orbit, turns some planets into rogue planets, and create a lot of double and triple star systems. But the good thing is the two cultures will finally get together and begin a joint evolutionary process into the unknown.

No way,.....You and Governor Moonbeam can keep your aliens in your own backyards, the rest of us are building a really high wall to keep the illegal andromedians OUT. .....France and Sweden can take them. |

None of that's going to happen. Total fantasy.

None of that's going to happen. Total fantasy. Fantasy is the engine of the mind. OK, BUT, If stars were shrunk to the size of common glass marbles, then they'd still be hundreds or even thousands of miles apart. This means that the merger of the Milky Way with Andromeda, will result in essentially NO actual star collisions. Thats not to say there'll be no gravitational interactions. After trillions of years, there will remain only one galaxy, ( Milkidromeda ? ). |

After trillions of years, there will remain only one galaxy, ( Milkidromeda ? ). There will be a collision. But you still have five billion years to brace yourself. Outer space is not actually empty. It contains dark matter, otherwise known as the fabric of space. This fabric of space creates drag on our spacecraft so as to keep them from going toward unbelievable velocities.. |

Merging galaxies are very common 7 billion years ago.Today we find them moving away from each other. This reality gives me great idea for my latest theory.I call it "Flip Side of Space Gravity" Will post it soon.Bert |
