Individuals don't accomplish things,as vast as exploring space, or even
exploring this planet. Groups of individuals, pooling their resources
and obtaining resources from governments, accomplish those things.
That's a lesson from history.
It's a wrong lesson from recent history, because of an anomalous and
temporary situation (the Cold War).
