moderator's note: delays for crossposts to other moderated groups

Just a note to all s.a.r readers and potential posters -- due to our
primary moderator being away this week, and our backup moderator (me)
having some rather buggy moderation software, you should expect some
longer-than-usual delays in processing crossposts between s.a.r and
other moderated newsgroups (notably sci.physics.research).

We hope to have the software problems sorted out within the next few
weeks; in the meantime please be patient if you've submitted such
crossposts and they haven't appeared yet. Articles posted solely to
s.a.r, or crossposted only to unmoderated newsgroups, shouldn't have
any problems.
