Default Solar - my hat!

Why are there hardly any postings about solar astronomy in this newsgroup?

Not surprising, since this newgroup has no FAQ that I can discover,
hence no guidelines. The USENET Faq page is all screwed up in
many areas, referring to some lead-acid battery faqs instead. =)
The other problem is that the majority of peeps who post here have
no clue what SOLAR means in this context. I wonder if they know
about the other astronomy newsgroups, or even care?

btw. Has anyone any experience of further narrowing H-alpha line width
of Coronado Solar filters, by using two of them in tandem?

Sorry no experience and the only articles I could find are somewhat
dated (in google).
