Default What is all this amonia venting about?

One of the radiator panels had a metal cover that started peeling back for
reasons unknown last year. The radiator is to be replaced by a spare now
on the ground, and isn't really necessary right now anyway, so the old one
was vented to safe it for eventual swapout. It was a few pounds of NH3,
which sped up the ISS a microscopic amount.
