The evening of Tuesday, April 27, I'll be speaking in Washington DC,
and there are some free seats available for anybody in the area who might be
interested.

I will be a guest lecturer at the Institute of World Politics, www.iwp.edu,
in their Spring 2004 course
on Military Strategy: The Art of War led by Gen. Walter Jajko. My lecture is
on
"U.S. Space Strategy in the 21st Century".

The date scheduled is Tuesday, April 27, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. followed by
Q&A.

The class meets in their main building, the Marlatt Mansion, a three-story,
red-brick building
located at 1521 16th Street, NW, which is 8 blocks down from the White House
at the corner of 16th and Church Streets, NW (mid-way between P and Q
Streets).
