Shadow transits of Jupiter's moons

Has such a phenomena been ever witnessed from Earth I wonder. I know
when Voyager 2 flew past Saturn in the 1980s there were at least a
couple of inner moons' shadows seen in some of the pictures.

A shadow transit of any of the four should be visible in your scope
under good seeing conditions. And yes, Titan's shadow can be seen from
Earth. During the narrow aspect of the rings, I have seen Titan's
shadow several times in a 6" refractor.
