"outer-space swap" worth an estimated $60 million or more. If approved by
the U.S. government, the deal could put off a looming crisis over access to

As I recall, they gave up hours earlier on for other reasons so really it
sounds like mostly a matter of "buying them back"?

I think that that might say more of our inability to recognize the
forgeries than it does the Russians' ability to create them. Can you say
Freudian?
