Origin of the Universe

Nightphoenix wrote: Can experts now explain the origin of the universe? Many scientists, uncomfortable with the idea that the universe was created by a higher intelligence, speculate that by some mechanism it created itself out of nothing. Does that sound reasonable to you? Such speculations usually involve some variation of a theory (inflationary universe model) conceived in 1979 by physicist Alan Guth. Yet, more recently, Dr. Guth admitted that his theory "does not explain how the universe arose from nothing." Dr. Andrei Linde was more explicit in a Scientific American article: "Explaining this initial singularity—where and when it all began—still remains the most intractable problem of modern cosmology." By the way the inflation theory speculates as to what happened a fraction of a second after the beginning of the universe. Advocates of inflation hold that the universe was initially submicroscopic and then inflated faster than the speed of light, a claim that cannot be tested in a laboratory just like evolution as the origin of man. Inflation remains a debated theory. nightbat Key word used in post above is speculates, nuff said about Alan Guth. On the other hand the nightbat pre Universe premise remains in mathematical proof. ponder on, the nightbat |

Origin of the Universe
Nightbat There is no place for the meaning of "nothing" in our
universe. The universe has 'everything" It can have the greatest density of energy and matter,as inside a black hole or the leased amount as to be found in deep space between the galaxies. Reality is the space between the stars is more dynamic than the core fusion of the stars. Going back before the big bang there was only the intrinsic energy of space, and the force of gravity, and just look what gravity accomplished since then as of "now" TreBert |

Big Bang nullified, and there are no black holes only in some sci fi induced minds, shoot some say I even got Hawking to switch after 30 years didn't I. Energy can never be nothing even if we presently can't detect it in the sub quantum, but it's there. Energy is the dimension we live in just like the little fishes in the great sea just ask Officer oc. Your Officer Bert body days are number Trebert enjoy them while you can. carry on, the nightbat |
