I found an easy way to access this newsgroup, if you can't get it
through your isp. You just need to add a different newsgroup server. In
Outlook Express for example with your isp you usually have a news server.
You can set up an extra news account though. If you use "news.jazzfree.com"
in there you can access alt.cydonia.

Do you need a username and password for the jazzfree news server? I
tried it and it said I did not have permission.
