BBC News: "The Moon is more than 20,000 miles away"

Gosh, I never realised it was THAT far, twice as far as Australia!

Goodness, every county is going to the moon now, its really not even
funny anymore. Nigeria says it will have men on the moon in 2020. And
NASA can't launch a space shuttle. Maybe kangaroos can do it better
than them.
