On Google groups, messages in a thread are numbered
sequentially down the web page. Unfortunately that means
new replies to posts higher up the thread can push lower
ones down. David's response is now #8 in reply to #7 but
this message will probably move those #9 and #8.

In my response to *your* #5 point, I acknowledged that you claimed to
be a troll. Had I not acknowledged this, the first sentence would have
started off "The trolls have...", or words to that effect.
