Mars doesn't have a Moon?

Has anyone notice...Mars doesn't have a Moon? Without a moon like earth's, you cannot make water. How can anyone say Mars used to have water when it never had it's own moon like earth does? Without a moon, you cannot have water. The Moon Makes Water. The Moon is what makes water. The earth's moon purpose...is to make water. Mars doesn't have a moon. How can it ever had water, oceans of it.. if there was no moon to make the water???? you guys don't make any sense. Mars fast orbiting moon can be of great use.A stepping stone to Mars hard dry surface. TreBert
