A question somebody here might know-- there was a discussion about
asteroid mining the other day, and it made me think of Andrew Hall
Cutler's work on the subject some years back. I haven't heard anything
out of Andy in well over a decade; anybody know what ever happened to
him? (A web search shows an Andrew Hall Cutler as the author of a 1999
book on mercury amalgam poisoning; anybody know if this the same Andy
Cutler, or just a coincidence of names?)
