Well, if Alnilam, Alnitak and Mintaka are resp. about 800, 1300 and 900 ly
away, and their angular separation is about 1.5 degrees - I don't know if
my quick math is still functioning, but the distance between Alnilam and
Alnitak and between Mintaka and Alnitak wouldn't with that separation
differ much from resp. 500 and 400 ly, and Alnilam and Mintaka would be a
bit more than the 100 ly, so about 110 ly apart.
