Default good satellite imagery source?

Looking for a decent satellite imagery source that's free with nothing to
download (other than instant), yet will show buildings, houses, cars and
maybe the heads of people.

Thanks

maps.google.com can get pretty close. And if the area in question
is near a road there's a good chance you'll get REALLY good imagery
from ground level too.
