Default Stephen Hawking New Theory

Professor Stephen Hawking publicized a new theory in which he stated
that :
there's only one place in universe where time stops. and that place is
at the core of all supermassive black holes.

The core of most anything, including a BH, is zero gravity and
probably hollow.

How the hell does zero gravity and emptiness stop time?

If time is an external axis, "stopping time" means internal events do not happen in external time.

This is not news, Kruskal and Eddington metrics both have external time divorced from internal time internal to the event horizon.
