Default A red moon after all?

A local story.

So is your Kansas accident example. :P

True. And I didn't expect or want CNN to cover it.

But admit it. you said CNN serves NY and LA, and NY local news is
gonna be bigger then Chinese astronaut going home.

True. But if CNN wants to just serve NY, it shouldn't be on cable
systems all across the country. Did you know that Ted Turner filed a
suit a few years ago to overturn the laws that required cable systems
to carry local stations? Said it was unfair that cable systems carried
local stations rather than his 6 channels. If CNN thinks they have to
be on cable everywhere, it seems they should carry news that is of
interest to all of us.

I've seen lots of interesting stories without video. At least
interview an expert or something. Not being able to cover a story
without video shows a lack of creativity.

Then why the fuss about CNN not putting Chinese astronaut going home
as top news?

Heck, ask your local cable provider to drop CNN. Asking CNN not to go
on cable system all across the country is barking the wron tree.

Nap. If you don't think video is that important in television CNN, you
should listen to a radio station or go to
http://www.cnn.com/ next
time CNN sends you breaking news. When you receive breaking news by
email, you are online and you can go to cnn.com already. That's just
one clikc for the brower. Turn on your television is .....

And for real amusement consider the fact that Plutonium smuggling no

longer
even makes it to the national news.

Unless it's organised via stern voicean interweb/voice.
