Default Wait times for AP refractors

I hope you ordered an F/6 and not the F/8. Ordering the latter will
probably require a much longer waiting time.

To all,

I went ahead and put myself on the list for the 130AP. I'm assuming
it will take at a minimum 2-3 years (and thats conservative) before
I'm ever called.

Now I guess we'll just have to see what happens. Who knows maybe I
will have a TMB or soemthing else before that day comes. We'll just
see.

Thanks everybody for the feedback. I want to cut this short before
Shawn chimes in again. People like him know how to ruin a perfectly
good thread.

Feel free to email me privately,
Dragan

Not knowing at the time if I would have the finances in the future to be

able
to afford one, I nonetheless put my name on the notification list in the

Fall
of '99 for a Traveler. I thought I may as well at least get on the

list.

Still haven't rec'd notice that they've made it down to my name yet!

Either
that or I deleted the e-mail by mistake.

I have seen a $300 6" f/9 newt blow away an AP 130mm on planetary views. How
sad is that. The owner of the AP was quite embarrassed.
I think you should use your money to help the needy instead of buying
something you don't need.

Or better yet, just euthanize all the needy so there will be
more...more...more for the rest of us!
