Exactly Two Months 'til DST!!!

Who'da thought?

Daylight Saving Time will now start during WINTER - about a week before
the vernal equinox.

Ever since the Uniform Time Act legislated 6 months of DST - End of
April End of October, legislators have been steadily lengthening
something which worked fine the way it was. In 1987 they added the
rest of April. In 2005 they added the present scheme - second Sunday
in March first Sunday November.

Year-round DST is only two presidential terms away. And the American
public is too worried about terrorism to care....
