Default Sky at Night: Heads Up

Just checked the TV schedules for Sky at Night; the extended 30
minute version is broadcast first, on BBC4, tomorrow (Sunday Sept
04) at 7PM BST.

The subsequent BBC1 version later that night (around 12AM ish I
think) is the cut 20 minute version.

Thanks for that - I would have missed it otherwise.
Cheers, Dave

You're welcome mate. I've got it recorded -- doesn't seem right
to watch it before about 12am! :-)

There could at least have been one of those warnings before the
program, it was before the watershed! Standards at the BBC are truly
slipping.

Thanks for the reminder, I caught the Sunday evening showing too. Good to
see Sylvia's satellites mentioned on the news roundup. At one point I
noticed the appearance of the name of another of those Martins that someone
was asking about - Martin Mobberley, doubly appropriate as his surname is
shared with a village not far from Jodrell Bank. Since my last comment on
that thread it occurred to me that people called Martin might have been
inspired, perhaps subconsciously in some cases, by the similarity to
Martian.
